Preparing for your sessions

To make the most out of our tutoring sessions, please ensure you have the following ready:

  1. Study Materials: Gather your textbooks, notes, and any online resources. Having them accessible will help streamline our time together.

  2. List of Topics: Identify specific subjects or concepts you'd like to discuss. This can include areas where you feel less confident or recent materials from your coursework.

  3. Practice Questions: If you have any NCLEX-style questions or quizzes, bring those along. We can work through them together and address any misunderstandings.

  4. Goals: Reflect on your short-term and long-term goals for nursing school and the NCLEX. Knowing what you want to achieve will help tailor our sessions to meet your needs.

  5. Questions or Concerns: Jot down any questions or concerns you have about your studies, exam preparation, or the nursing profession in general.

    Having these items prepared will help us maximize our tutoring time and ensure you feel supported on your journey to success!

Rescheduling or missed sessions

If you need to reschedule or have missed a session, please contact me as soon as possible. I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I want to ensure you get the support you need. Let’s work together to find a new time that fits your schedule.

When rescheduling, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if possible so we can accommodate your needs and maintain our session flow. If you miss a session, reach out to discuss what you missed and how we can cover that content moving forward. Your success is my priority, and I’m here to help you stay on track for your goals!

Payment Options

At BRilliaNt and Blessed Tutoring Services, we offer a straightforward payment process to make it easy for nursing students to access our support. Here are the key details:

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards for your convenience.

  • Cash: For those who prefer paying via cash.

  • Others: You can also pay securely through PayPal, ApplePay, and Venmo

Payment Process

  • Enrollment: Upon enrolling in our tutoring program, you will receive an invoice detailing the total cost.

  • Payment Due Date: Payments are due prior to the first tutoring session. We encourage timely payment to secure your spot.

  • Confirmation: After your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your sessions.

Late Payment Policy

  • Grace Period: We understand that circumstances can arise. Therefore, we offer a 24-Hour grace period for payments.

  • Late Fee: If payment is not received within the grace period, a late fee of $25 will be applied.

  • Suspension of Services: Continued late payment may result in the suspension of tutoring services until the account is brought up to date.
